Foster Willey’s Sculpture “Wave” is selected as the first-place winner at the 

Marshall M. Fredericks Sculpture Museum’s Regional Biennial Juried Sculpture Exhibition 2023. Located at Saginaw Valley State University, in Saginaw, Michigan.

The exhibition was juried by renowned sculptor Michael Dunbar based in Springfield, IL.
